Hayden Federico joined Federico // Duerst Consulting Group in 2022, bringing a strong foundation in business strategy and hands-on experience in small business operations. In his role, Hayden supports clients through research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications to advance their goals in alignment with the legislative environment.

Hayden is a lifelong Kansan. He studied at Washburn University, majoring in business with a minor in leadership. Through his studies, he developed a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and effective collaboration.
In addition to his work at the firm, Hayden has balanced entrepreneurial leadership through his management role at The Celtic Fox Irish Pub, a local restaurant and legislative gathering spot in downtown Topeka. This experience allowed him to learn how to strengthen operational processes and build meaningful relationships with the local community.
Hayden lives in Lawrence with his wife and young daughter. He remains deeply connected to the Topeka community, bringing a local perspective and commitment to service in his professional work.
